Evolution Tablets are portable biometric devices designed for use in the field. They enable officers to create mobile booking records for catch-and- release or to streamline intake prior to jail arrival.
In addition, Evolution tablets capture fingerprints and iris (optional) images to perform rapid identity searches against local, state, and national databases.
With Evolution Tablets, officers are able to verify identity and complete all required documentation without returning to a fixed facility.
