The GTM is a full-featured web-based transaction management tool that supports electronic storage and display of transaction data from multiple biometric systems within a seamless interface. Timestamped transactional statuses and related data from LiveScan ten-print submissions, Mobile-ID (RapidID) submissions, and Applicant background checks can be easily reviewed within the GTM web application, with in-depth query and reporting capabilities.
Secure Electronic Fingerprint Archive
GTM allows your agency to keep a copy of each fingerprint record created by your LiveScan in a secure electronic format that is fully compliant with State and Federal standards. Your agency will never need to file a fingerprint card again, saving you time and money.
Store and Forward Capabilities
By using the GTM electronic archive, you can store all data captured by your live scan with each record. Even digital mugshots and images can be stored directly with the NIST records. Additional documents and files associated with an individual can also be securely stored in the database.
