DataWorks Plus’ “Pre-Booking” software drastically enhances capabilities of traditional booking systems by providing a browser-based, web-enabled, data entry module that can be accessed on mobile devices from any location. This allows officers in the field to enter 75% of the data entry before they even arrive at a booking facility. Once the individual has reached the booking facility, any “Pre-Booking” data is directly imported into the full booking record on-screen. This has proven to allow large agencies to maintain the fastest possible booking times while eliminating redundant officer efforts.
