About InterConnect²

DataWorks Plus' user group (InterConnect) was created to strengthen the communication between our company and our users, as well as to connect DWP technology users with one another. For over a decade, we have invited customers to attend in-person conferences, which have been held in several major cities across the country. This year's conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. We invite you to attend and receive training on the latest law enforcement technologies, meet with DataWorks Plus' development staff, and share ideas and best practices with law enforcement agencies from across the country. Note that conference registration and hotel reservations need to be made separately.

Conference Ticket Information

Your ticket type is dependent upon your agency’s DataWorks Plus’ maintenance contract and the number of individuals from your agency that will be attending the InterConnect Conference.

Free Tickets:

Agencies will receive 1 free ticket to attend the InterConnect Conference for every $40,000 in maintenance.

For example:

  • 1 free ticket for $0 – $40,000
  • 2 free tickets for $40,001 – $80,000
  • etc.
Additional Tickets:

The cost for additional conference tickets is $350.

Guest Tickets:

Guest tickets can also be purchased for $200 that will include all hosted activities and food.

Note that before registering, you may want to verify the amount of the maintenance contract. You may also need to check to see who else from your agency has already registered.

Tickets cover conference registration, Monday’s Welcome reception, lunch and dinner (Tuesday – Thursday), as well as all sessions. The agency is responsible for hotel and travel expenses. Hotel and travel expense coverage can be added to your maintenance contract if desired.

DataWorks Plus offers the option for your agency to cover travel expenses to the conference in your maintenance contract. For more information, please contact your regional sales representative.

One-on-One Meetings with Developers and Trainers

The conference will provide one-on-one time with the DataWorks Plus staff for product demos, in-depth training, and/or development topics. Pre-registration is required for all one-on-one meetings. Sign up when you register or after you arrive at the conference.
