Creating a Support Ticket Online

DataWorks  Plus Support LoginAccessing for the first time:

You must have a user name and account within the DataWorks Plus Customer Portal System. To set up your account, please email support@dataworksplus.com. Include the following information in your email:

  • Name
  • Department/Title
  • Agency
  • Email address
  • Phone number

 

 

 

Create a Support TicketTo create a ticket after you have an account:

  • Access the portal by clicking "Enter Support Center" from the Customer Portal System.
  • Enter your username and password and click Login.
  • From the home page, click New Ticket.
  • Fill in the ticket information and click Submit.
  • The system will send the ticket to our support team.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tracking a Support TicketTracking the status of tickets you have entered:

  • Access the portal by clicking the "Click here..." link above.
  • Enter your username and password and click Login.
  • All open tickets will be displayed on the home page.
  • Click the Ticket ID number to open a ticket.
  • To view a closed ticket, you need to click Find Ticket.
  • You may search by ticket number, organization, or the date to find your ticket.
